what's the heat setting and time frame ?

400 degrees, top shelf, about 7-10 minutes. I toss the kale frequently so all of the leaves get crispy. Keep and eye on them..once they’re finished, it doesn’t take long to burn
*also, when you wash the leaves, be sure to pat them dry and then toss them with the olive oil and sea salt
