I worked from home for years and it was great. I had no problem sticking to my work either. It was very rare that I would sneak out and do something around the house. I'm pretty sure it has been proven that folks have a tendency to work extra from home. If you are working on something you go ahead and finish rather than shutdown and go home.

That is good... I think some are worried over distractions or what not... but I would say as long at the work is complete and good quality, there shouln't be any issue with allowing it.

My brother works from home and he has some good output for his company, thats why they kept him around when he moved from Upstate New York down to Virginia.
