while I have you ....I gave my Rig its weekend detail last Saturday and decided to try something new ,

After going through the touchless and parking near the vacuum to do my complete wipe down I spray foamed my wheel wells , let it sit while I cleaned all the glass and then took an old towel and wiped down the wells


Yup! I'm liken that !!!........nice a clean , shiny black , looks factory new !!

You do the engine bay too? That's always good to do while you are hosing off!

I did a live chat on Quadratec tonight asking about an item that’s listed as a pre-sale, since it’s not in stock yet. I was told they have no word from the manufacturer when it will be in & ready to ship. It felt like I was talking to Jeep chat all over again!!! :cwl:

By the way @cedxc2005 I wound up just going to Cracker Barrel on Friday as Olive Garden wasn't open yet...

To counteract this, @cedxc2005 , I went out tonight too. Didn’t think to take the pic earlier in the meal. Started with cristy bread and tapenade, meal was house made pasta, and a four meat ragu. Delicious and perfect.

I was gonna get the Coyote Lange doorless mirrors from them but they kept pushing back the ship date so I got some cheap mirrors on amazon and for all I use them I’m happy!

I got mirrors on Amazon, too! Probably should’ve waited, since she most likely won’t be doorless until next spring at this point. Oops.
I currently have about $1,300 in my Quadratec cart & was looking to pull the trigger soon, buuuuut it’s the most expensive thing I’m now waiting on so I might wait & nab it all at once. Plus my ‘build guy’ wants to do more research on exactly what he wants me to get.

Totally am! Plus apprehensive, too! Lol. The tables used to be turned....he’d always ask my opinion on what to get & I’d pay zero attention to price, since I wasn’t paying! Well now it’s him picking the stuff for me! He’s picking high end & I’m paying for it!!

I tell my clients you have 3 shelves to select from
bottom shelf is a roll of the dice on quality but you will be below budget
Top shelf is high quality but there mark up and brand name will put you way over budget

Middle shelf is good quality , budget friendly and will look like a million bucks when its done !
