Its a method of downshifting where you have left foot pressing the clutch pedal, right toes pressing the brake pedal and heel pressing the gas to rev match your downshift.

Oh, I right heel brake with toes on the make go fast pedal ... at least when I'm drifting the ol' prius

That would be a steal at Disneyworld...although to be fair they do just give you one if it pops or floats away. Watched an off duty employee chase one down a dock, 100 yards to the next dock, run out a second dock, climb down...come all the way back, then put it on a boat to where the person had already left...lol
