Well well well, the good shit just keeps on coming today. Just talked with the Medicaid folks since they sent me two letters to let us know they have gone past the 90 window and are required by law to let us know that. It seems our application sat for THREE FUCKING MONTHS at one office before it was finally delivered to this other office that has to process it. It's too late now to do anything about it but I left a phone message with the stupid bitch that was supposed to be helping process this shit! Needless to say I am not one bit pleased!

Oh that sucks! My suggestion...find the top dog and get them to reprocess it! There is no reason for all of your hard work to be tosssed. That is complete and utter BS! If they give you any grief..ask to speak to their supervisor..then that person’s supervisor...there is a chain of command.

Was already thinking of that. I'm sure it's all due to overwork. As is typical there are not enough folks to do the mountain of paperwork. Also, nobody gives a shit. If it don't affect me, who cares.

I deal with insurance companies quite a bit and you keep pressing until you get the HBIC...that’s the way of it.
