Thanks Trina! We just had The Dave Matthews Band in Bend as well. I sat with a group of colleagues and my daughter at an outdoor pub nearby to listen since we couldn't get tickets.

September is National Suicide Prevention month. Depression and anxiety are very personal mental disorders. Everyone says "If you need anything, don't hesitate, I'll be there for you." Most of the time that's bullshit, because people get wrapped up in their own shit. Jeeples, take it upon yourselves to break that trend. Tell people you know or meet that they are loved and are important. All you fukrz are friends to me, and I'm sure I'm not alone in taking great pleasure and satisfaction from interacting here with all y'all. Let's hoist the flag and lend an ear to a friend, or even a stranger.

Absolutely! I’m here also...natural born helper. The stigma of depression is still prevalent...but I think the tide is changing.
