That looks like it's intended for the Euro market. Seems like a weird combination of options.

LHD, so not for any of the British Euro market. Maybe mainland Europe and middle east.

Front bumper was fugly and I just cannot get into the snorkel thing at all. Not very capable looking tires either. I like mine way better.
