Oh I have had several of those, can get to monstrous pain levels...

I had one before, it was very painful and needed a root canal... I hope they caught it earlier than mine.

It's on/in a tooth that I already had a root canal/crown put on. So the doc is saying extraction with a bone graft. Price? $2200 (my cost)

That's the weird thing. I have felt no pain on that tooth. He even tapped on it with no discomfort. He said there's an exit path under my gumline. I'm sure I'm grossing everyone out at this point.
