Shrimp Po Boy with Hush Puppies.

Here's a little history for y'all

Hush Puppies got there name from the plantation days when these big homes in the south would have kitchens with a breezeway and then a storage shed for food staples . So when the woman would start cooking all that awesome southern food the hound dogs would start barking and whining in the breezeway at the screen door and the plantation master would throw a fit over the noise so the woman would make biscuits out of flour and corn meal and feed the dogs to shut them up ...hence the name " Hush Puppies " .
