A power bleeder is the best option to start.

Follow that up with the computer running the ABS system to purge it. I don't remember the details but I think some of the tuners like a Tazer can do it.

LOL. On a serious note, Prison rape is not that common. Consensual sex is rare, but does happen. Prison rape is hyped up for movies and TV. Nobody want to be around some dude that is raping other prisoners, and they rat them out fast. The department takes rape very serious in prison and will refer it out to the local prosecutor.
