I remember the good things about Seattle from 10 years ago, but I also remember our visit there 2 years ago and the way we had to literally cut people off to get on and off the 5... Very stressful driving.Really do. Hard to choose, both have really good upside, but both are waaaaay too populated. I'm more of a mountain kinda guy, and the Rockies definitely win out over the Cascades and Olympics in my book, so it's Colorado retirement when that rolls around me thinks

Certainly can be, but I continue to find generally way more friendly - on road and otherwise - in PNW folks than most elsewhere. Of course a total generalization - I'm sure all y'all are perfectly considerate
