Yay for motorcycles! I took the Road King for a short spin yesterday to kinda say "I'm sorry" for the whole Indian affair.

It's too damn muggy here to put that insulated shell on my head for any long periods of time.

We didn’t make it far. But it’s great to get out even for a short ride.

Poor Road King. Going to take some miles to repair that betrayal.

Having some sort of side step rail or a slider that sticks out some pretty much eliminates that horrible rocks hitting the side event.

Or.... haven’t noticed any door dings since we took the doors off!

Something that may work in the future: utilize the conpartment in the back. When the back gate is closed, it can’t be opened

Noted. Compartment is filled with tools. And laptop case won’t fit. And it’s a great excuse.
