What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Wow, thanks for having my back. I read the reply and thought it was a bit scathing compared to my experience over the past decade on the JK Forum.

I had a response in mind that STARTED with the fact that the double faced 3M tape I used holds on entire trim panels on all types of cars THEN reiterated that I've done this for years on my other JKs without ever losing one lug and ENDED with me calling someone "douchey" but I'll hold off on that now to be the bigger person. Sorry for causing such a ruckus 2 weeks into my JL world.

I really need to look into tint. My ghostly white self does not do well even with the indirect sunlight. (I may be part vampire, but not those creepy sparkly ones.)

Previous editions needed the guide pins because the hinges and pins were the same distance so you had to line up both the bottom and top hinges and pins at the same time. The JL allows you to get the top hinge started on the pin and then line up the bottom hinge and pin.

Thanks. I have found it easier on the JL than on my original JK but thought that it was because the doors are lighter on the JL. I can stop looking and just enjoy the ride with no doors.

Hahahaaa! I feel it! This Houston weather aint no JOKE tho...it's blistering down here. And my fuel levels are moving A LOT because I had my AC blasted to the max to cool the Jeep. I felt an immediate difference as soon as I got my tint...i had the fan on low and took the cool off the coldest setting and was totally comfy. I've been riding with it for 3 weeks with no tint. 2nd week I got my running boards installed, and then 3rd week: Tint. I figured I shoulda got my tint on the 2nd week!
