Saw one of these trailers up the street from Dad's house.

Never looked as big online. FFS
Just walked by one yesterday… they ARE huge! I think because in the picture you don’t realize how big are the tires.

Losing moms is the really hard one. Sorry for your loss, dude.
I was mostly fine until walking around their house. Mom was everywhere.

Going through her phones (old android and her iphone 7) getting her pictures for Dad is rough. Mostly pictures we sent her, but some few of her and her friends.

get busy. what are the plans for 12 auxiliary switches? I hope somewhere in there you have plans for the activation of Ai driven self firing paint ball guns.
Surely with all the repeated posts of gun ships (Jeeps) here he can do better than paint balls...

I went to church this morning, and then to a hymn sing for our recently-retired preacher (dying from cancer :( ), so not all.

Oh, wait, that means, I'm not...

I've had numerous "nail" experiences over the years especially with the number of house we've built, so between me and the military my shots were always up to date. However found out when punctured (through clothing/shoes) have it looked is a good idea (know this doesn't apply in your case, I've had plenty of fun "finding" nails that missed a board and now sticking out just waiting to snag flesh or worse).

Anyway, building a house one time I stopped by to check on something and jumped off the porch, of course landing on a used board with a nail still in it. Decent puncture wound - head framer looks and starts telling me I should have it looked at even though my shots are up to date. Had a story of a co-worker ending up in a hospital due to sepsis developing from the wound.

I blow it off but a day later decide better safe than sorry and see the Doc (plus it was still sore). First thing he asks is what type of shoe was I wearing and was the nail already used. I said running shoes and the nail was used sticking up from a board. Sits me down and starts irrigating the wound with sterile solution. After 20-30 seconds out pops a nice little piece of plastic.

Told me it is common since a used nail has a blunt tip which punches a piece of plastic from running shoes/sneakers bottom pushing it into the wound (good example of why you shouldn't wear sneakers on a construction site). Told the doc about the construction guys sepsis, he said that was an extreme case but he has seem some nasty infections from wounds like I had.
Yah, good move. As a kid I stepped on a nail that went through my foot, leaving bits of stuff along the way. Doc sprayed it with anesthetic and started cleaning, then went deeper, and finally numbed the whole foot before basically reaming out the hole with some sort of tool he shoved through it. It hurt like hell, "numb" or not. He later said the initial part was to see what the nail hit, and if there was tendon damage and what not, as he didn't want to make worse. When he found it was a "clean" hole he reamed it out.

Retired from Corrections....I have stories.
Acadia was a spot I am so glad to have seen. I thought it was gonna be another "drive through with a couple ooohs or ahhhs. Nah, at one point we were stopping every few hundred feet to take in the sheer beauty of nature. Best part of the first trip there, stopped to see a moose munching on vegetation. And a few feet away, a few deer doing the same. The moose was hard to miss cause it was huge. Cadillac mountain for the blood mood was the best. Almost as if you could reach out and touch the thing. And sunrise there, if you park in the right spot, its a short walk to be the first in this country to see the sun welcome the day.

Washington mountain is another must see. For a bit there, it got a little mundane with all the folks showing up. Bar Harbor, man, what a great place to eat. And the fresh seafood in Bar Harbor does NOT get any fresher. :)

If you ever head south, St Michaels in Maryland. It's not really a Jeep kinda thing (not entirely), but history filled, and another amazing place for food also (Crab & Claw on the waterfront). I was initially drawn to that town based on their history. Back when England came here to disrupt the shipbuilding process while at war, the local townspeople would hang lanterns at night in the wooded areas along the waters edge. So when the English did attack, they were blowing up trees, and not the town. Thus helping in the process of building ships (they didn't have to cut the trees down, the English did it for them).

We've done the eastern seaboard on our travels. There are so many spots that are must visit. Kitty Hawk, another spot I absolutely loved. The list is never ending. It's like "where to now" these days. :)
I have done sunset on Cadillac Mountain and sunrise. I went there specifically to see the sunrise because it is the first place to can see the sunrise in the US. A spent a day in Acadia too. Then hung out in Bar Harbor eating lobster and drinking beer. It was glorious. Then fresh blueberry pancakes in the morning after coming down from Cadillac Mountain.

A couple pics.

Sunrise from Cadillac Mountain.

Just so you know they make paint balls with CS gas in them. They are surprisingly effective from first hand knowledge of using them.

My condolences… both parents long gone and wish I could have a couple of do overs.
Mine too, and ditto, though I think at times they thought the same about me...

You sure you didn’t injure yourself keyboarding? Both pics seem to indicate that is a possibility.
Talk about making sure you dot those ‘i’s’ !!!

Cheers,
