Honest question for the group time. Anyone here that has driven both the 4dr and the 2dr for ride comparison? I'm trying to decide if I really still need a 4dr, what with my life going thru what it is these days. Just curious if the shorter wheelbase makes for a choppier ride or not. Thx
That's a good question !

I would think shorter wheel base may make them a bit more choppy

My 1st was a two door but that was awhile ago and impossible to compare with a JL anyway

Added to the list, thank you! Been to Babes and whataburger .. sacrilege I know, but did not impress :(. Both recommended by many, so won't avoid them if opportunity arises. ... except that wait at Babes! They seriously needed a fryer grease change the night we were there.

Hit Weinberger last trip - Hot Italian Beef was excellent! We've hit Chuy's for Mex a few times- very good, look forward to trying these others, thanks again!
Whataburger also has a great breakfast. I always go for the Bacon Taquito with Cheese and Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit (HubChub is the slang term for when your with your friends and it’s after 11 pm). Also their Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuit is pretty good too. This morning though I’ll probably stop by Chick-Fil-A as I head to The Star. Today I’m working Camera for some Lacrosse games.

As you know, I can’t speak from JL experience, but I can reference little kids, and a 2 door.

I don’t know how much movement there is the JL seats, but I’m my TJ, it is close to impossible to put a babe in a car seat into the back seat.

By ‘close to impossible’, this is what I mean.

Hold babe in left hand. Climb into seat. Pull babe through and set on passenger seat. Reach over with left hand. Fully recline drivers seat. Climb up the back of drivers seat. Sit. Reach forward and grab babe from passenger seat. Bring her through drivers seat compartment. Snap her into seat base behind passenger seat. Climb off drivers seat. Adjust drivers seat for driving.

Upon arrival, reverse the procedure.

Not long into that, I sent the form in to get Transport Canada’s permission to deactivate my passenger side airbag. Daughter’s been riding up front since.

I don’t know how often you transport your grandkids, so this may not be a consideration at all for you, but if it is...
