Hey guys. Looking to get a set of rock lights for my JL. Seen some decent ones but also read mixed reviews. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks for your feedback!

I went with KC Cyclones because they seemed like a good value from a reputable manufacturer. If you’re looking for RGB lights, I don’t think they offer them.

This kit comes with the brackets that let you put them under body.

If you want 8 total to have light in front and behind each tire, you’d also need this:

How many lights is that? Looks like 8, front and rear of each tire. No?

Contemplating if I can get away with 6. It's not a huge deal to cough up a few more bucks and place some more lights. I'm just trying to figure out if it's necessary. I'm going with the DD stage series rock lights and IIRC they are dimmable so if it seems like too much light I can at least dial them down some.

If I go 6 I'd probably put one under each door and then center front and rear. But from pics of others setups, I'm thinking 8 is the ticket.

That lighting looks great BTW.

We recommend the ORACLE LIGHTING COLORSHIFT RGB+W UNDERBODY WHEEL WELL ROCK LIGHT KIT available in 4pc or 8pc kits. These area full RGB kif that also will produce a 6000k pure white as well. They can be controlled by remote or the ORACLE Lighting ColorSHIFT® Pro app available as a free app.

Although on a JK, I am including a picture of mine to see how bright and full.

Are you kidding? I have more pictures of my Jeep than I do of my kids. Of course I do! 😆
