depends on if your vent - less or if you run your exhaust outside and what the CFM of your [over the range ] micro has

most people just use micro's to warm up food so they don't get the high dollar ones and those are the ones with larger CFM

clean your vents underneath from time to time

They've been cleaned and I've replaced the charcoal one up inside too. I actually rarely use it these days. Love my gas range tho!

clean , simple , contemporary is what today's trends are going with down here and larger cities

Drawer bases instead of standard base cabinets with doors , simple door styles - vertical and horizontal lines

without the walk in pantry and it being just a pantry there's still tons of storage

some people have a hard time seeing and completely different layout due to [ muscle memory ] ...their use to the traffic pattern that they've been using for decades and can't see change

Also: this software that will render a floor plan into 3D is extremely helpful after finding out that only 10% of the population can visualize what something will look like with seeing it on paper

That's also why it's sometimes hard to sell a house. The buyers just can't see their stuff in the house or a different color on the walls even. Seriously? Get a grip people.
