I am honestly so flabbergasted that I haven't gone crazy yet. Not ruling it out, but not there yet.

My guy is supposed to be in by Sunday afternoon. If I can hold on until then, I might not have to lose my temper.

Me too. My only thought is that since 866 (actually today was "Jeff" not sure if this was Nicole's-deputy-Jeff or a different one) didn't know until today, maybe no one did.

"Jeff" claimed he was able to access an older system with more detailed info....possibly DealerConnect; not sure.
