Yea and No - I think if you don't run you get know where and eventually die from lack of ...and with the ole Gerb-o-wheel where you run all day and you feel your in the same place you eventually see that you did accomplish and you feel healthier than the " Couch Gerbal " .

Then again I might be wrong -lol
