Got my AFE Rockbasher 3" exhaust installed and my Rough Country Spare Tire Bracket Installed. Jury is still out on the exhaust, almost too much ricer like.

How does your AFE sound? I’m in the middle of putting in a Magnaflow Rockcrawler Cat-Back.

Question for JLUS folks who upgraded to JLUR 33" KO2s. Is the stock spare tire mount strong enough for the 33" KO2s? Just asking cause I noticed some squeaking back there since upgrading. I notice it while going slow with the radio off - so I go fast with the radio on.

At the moment, zip ties that the straps can slide through. I'm going to experiment this week with nylon straps and/or d-rings (not shackles)

Yeah I figured that out while I was waiting. I used zip ties as well and I think it will work perfect.

It sounds decent. Definitely louder then stock due to it dumping before the axle. Not too much drone I could tell.

I just finished my Magnaflow Rock Crawler Cat-Back Exhaust install. I thought it might get a modest uptick in rumble. Holy s@#t! It growls like a hound out of hell. It’s gonna take some getting used to...but me likes.

I purchased the led tape light on eBay, it's dual row of LEDs. The 3m tape on the LEDs was not stickey enough. So went to Home Depot got some double sticker CLEAR tape. Worked perfect. Ran the wires thru the channel on the hatch. Fished the wires thru the hardtop. That was a pain. Used power from the 12v plug in the rear cargo area. Good luck have fun.

Nice work! Did you mount the CB box under the dash? If so can you share some pictures? I have the same CB sitting in my garage waiting to be installed next weekend

I mounted the head unit behind the glovebox. Just enough room.

Installed Go Rhino RB10 running boards. Made the wife very happy! Will post pics if it ever stops raining in FL.

I like them a lot so far. I haven't wired in the lighting yet. TTEChris did a great write up but I am not sure I am ready to take on. Some initial thoughts on the ROAM sidesteps:

- they look great
- they sit higher than some other steps and cover up the crimped edge nicely - might be too high if you have a big lift
- they are heavy duty steps but they are not tied into the frame - I believe they tie in the same as JLUR rock rails
- install was easy - just a couple of sockets and pliers
- if you are installing on a sport you will have to buy 6 screws (and washer) - JLUR guys have these left over from their rock rails.
- they suggest threadlocker
- when you are installing be careful not to rub the step against the side of the jeep

Added Barricade Extreme HD Front bumper and Smittybilt XRC-9.5. Wasn't sure how it would look with no lift and stock Rubi wheels and tires.

Added Mopar grab handles (front & rear), as well as Mopar mats (front & rear)... no pics. You know what they look like. Plus, added the @JcrOffroad Steel Bumper Stinger Tube. I love the look!

Well. Yesterday I had to extricate my buddy who hydrolocked his jk. Then 5 miles to a road. Was a pretty easy operation, the jl snickered.

Today I mounted the rc spare tire bracket and mounted the 35. Then I broke out the foam cannon and took the roof off for the first time.
