I roasted chicken & carrots today. Roasted carrots are sooooo good! Roasted broccoli is like crack to me. Toss it around in EVOO or avocado oil with some spices. I get a stomach ache while I’m making it cuz I just stand there & eat it raw. Then eat more once it’s done. Yum yum yummmmm!

Was the concussion due to your leg injury?

No. It’s just been a really GD stupid year for me.

A week after my final rabies shot, I stood up into a cabinet at work. Ended up with a bad concussion (it wasn’t my first), and was off work for a few months. Was just getting back to my full regular duties when I had my skiing accident.

Like I said, a stupid year.
