Does it taste similar to braunschweiger? If it is close, then I could probably be ok with it. That said, in 49 years on this planet, I've not eaten liver and onions, just because of the thought of it. However, I have eaten braunschweiger. I ate it as a kid and didn't know what was in it, so I had no issue with it.
