Maybe I’m going crazy but I’m 10000% sure that my DRL were white and now they are yellow. Any ideas of a setting I may have changed inadvertently? Only thing I’ve done is mess with jscan to fix the Oracle flush lights.

Well, if you want your JL to not look like all the other JL's you may want to keep it as is... Your JL will be unique.

I get lots of comments regarding my JL having yellow versus white..

---------------------------

With JSCAN you change to yellow for DRL's by doing this:

Turn Signals for DRL's

Maybe need:
ADAPTATION ---> DRL--> Day time running lights Configuration- Canada DRL

ADAPTATION
---> DRL - Day time running lights - settings --> DRL Lamp Location --> Turn Signal DRL

Any pics of the daytime running lights in yellow? Would really like to see how that looks!

Here is one you might like for your JL:

Fogs with High Beams:

ADAPTATION ---> Vehicle user settings --> Front Fog Lamp Dropout Enable On/Off --> Target Value = Deactivated

No, no pictures.. but, can tell you it is pleasing and really has your JL standing out amongst other JL's on the road... I get lots of favorable comments regarding the yellow for DRL's.

It is real easy to try and go back if you do not like, etc..

And, if Weather Alerts are driving you crazy, this one is a good one.... do know it does stop any and all Travel Link stuff.... like gas prices, etc..

Disable Weather Alerts:

ADAPTATION ---> Radio user settings --> SDAR Travel Link Feature Present On/Off--> Target Value = Deactivated

I’ll see if I remember tomorrow and will take one.

Did you get your flush mount Oracle's squared away aok with JSCAN. IF not, I can give you the how to in regard to that. I just did that deed with JSCAN, a few days ago.

If you can, I’d appreciate it. I got it to work with the euro lights turn signal trick posted on the JT forum however, randomly at times when I would come to a stop light, I would get turn signals out and every time I came to a stop it would give me the warning on my dash.

I did the following 2 weeks ago .... about 550 mi. ago and have had no issues... no codes, no hyperflashing, etc..

My 2018 JL has LED option and fortunately, no BSM.

With JSCAN.... I first, disabled diagnostics for both left and right turn lamps and then I did the install of the Oracle Flush Mounts. That was it..

The dance with JSCAN took about 6 min. to do.. Easy easy... How to do the deed with JSCAN, read here. https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/flush-mount-tail-lights.30902/page-81#post-837055

IF, you did install and got error codes, issues....do as mentioned above and then use JSCAN to clear old error codes..

That’s the same process I followed except disabling the diagnostic before install. Maybe I need to pull them off, run that option, install and run the jt forum suggestion to see.

@jaysmooth24

Was my bright idea to do the JSCAN dance before the Oracle install. Just made sense to me.. No one else had mentioned doing that but I thought geeez, that would prevent any issues with the newly installed Oracles.

IF you installed, then got errors/hyperflashing and then did the JSCAN dance, did you remember to clear codes afterwards. This is necessary so I have read in posts by other's.

You might try clearing codes and then see what the result is.

I did not clear the codes after doing the setting change, maybe that is the culprit. Will give that a try tomorrow and report back.
