Willy’s JL question

Hey all!
To make a long story short i’m ditching a ford bronco order and trying to get my hands on a 6 speed willy’s.
I’m not very jeep savvy like I am with the newer broncos (blame that on the 2 years i’ve been waiting).
My question was which suspension comes standard on the willy’s? I’ve read in some places that it comes with the rubicon suspension but i can’t really find a definite answer. Can anyone answer this for me?

worth switching out the springs or are they just fine?

Depends what you're after. You'd get a pretty decent lift out of them, height would depend on which options the source-Rubicon had.

Everything depends on what you want to do (shocks etc.). Tommy at TFL has done some good videos about his Willy’s, the good and the bad. He loves it

does the red rubicon shocks on the willy’s not give it the extra inch or so factory? or is the springs what give the slight lift? I’m not going to be sending hard trails or rock crawling but i do plan on taking it on some colorado trails consistently so i would like it to be pretty capable in different situations.

Nope, additional height comes from the springs.

I beleive the Rubi Shocks do provide for more travel compared to stock sports and Sahara's. that would come into play when offroad and flexing.
