VON = Vehicle Order Number

You should have this as soon as the order is entered; same day or next day.
I go my order sheet there is a number beside where it says VON

This is my first time ever ordering so i am not sure what is acceptable
I would start by having some regular correspondence with your salesman or dealership. Let them know that you'd like weekly status updates and to be informed when things progress. They'd be more than happy to do this. I ordered my Jeep on 9/14, and I have about 100 emails back and forth between my salesman and me. He was happy to field questions and keep me updated. It's their job!

This forum is another great place! Ask questions, people on here have been through it and know a lot (sometimes more than Jeep Chat). Enter your VIN# (once you get it) into Cryptostickers and you can check that on your own too: https://cryptostickers.net/

You can also check these 2 sites (just enter your VIN# at the end where it says vin= and it will search for you):
https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=
https://www.jeep.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=
