@ResponsibleAdult ! How goes the recovery so far? They have you up and about yet, or still having to lay low?

I’m up and about, on crutches and with the tracker brace locked straight. I take it off to do my exercises, but otherwise I’m locked in. Spending most of my time on the couch, as there’s not much else I’m able to do safely. Feeling grateful for pain meds... and JHWR! (And my mum, who is taking care of me)

Not to brag, but I went past the Judy Garland birthplace yesterday.

If this rain keeps up I just might have to consider breaking out the other vehicle for tomorrow night's trip to bowling. (the one I'm not allowed to say the name no more) It's actually easier to wash than the Jeep, sooooooooo. Contrary to popular belief they do NOT melt in rain.

Funny you mention that. We learned in Owners school just how well these beasts behave. You cannot do harm if you leave all the granny's turned on. It will apply brakes and kill throttle if it thinks you are being an idiot. It was fun turning them off and spinning the hell out of their car tho! We tried like hell to get them out of control and it just did not happen. Straight line every time.
