Well, just got my 392 back from Cole Brothers Auto Trim in Madison, TN. I had the red leather taken out of my 2024 Sarge Green 392 and installled……..drum roll, black leather(with all the black interior, red and white stitching, not much of a choice). Here are before and after pics. I also did a little custom and tried to bring the bronze accent color inside the cab. Plus, I’m making my Jeep a small part of who I am with my military background.

I worked with Katzkins on my order, they did a great job helping me decide. Cole Brothers Auto Trim did a fantastic install. I highly recommend them.

I have also added mythreedom door and hood hing covers in topo. They look fantastic. One more major mod, new wheels and I will be finished for a while. I also have on order the Kracken air system, can’t wait to install.

Those seat covers came out great. Nice choice.
I was 19K. 13F is Fire Support, correct?

Yes, that is correct. I also went to 19K when I transitioned into the reserve unit. That was a lot of fun. ?

That looks great!

What color name was the thread for the ‘Rubicon 392’ embroidery? I’m working with Katzkin as well, and trying to figure the best match for that part…

Thanks!

Like it... I think Jeep kind of screwed up only offering the "new" red interior on all 392s. They should have kept the black as an option as well.

Now I'm tracking just to watch you try not to mod beyond the wheels lol. Have fun.

Hmm, Nice looking seats guy. Nice color Jeep!

Did they add any extra padding before they put on the Katzkins? Or is it just factory padding on the seats? Wondering if you made them more plush than they come from the factory?

Old gold, it is a lighter yellow than the bronze. Try to find something darker if you can. It doesn’t look bad though.

Looks great, well done! I imagine you can probably recoup some coin for the old covers as well. I wish both the cloth and leather seat options used the same seat structure with the fold down rear armrest. Us cloth owners are stuck having to go aftermarket, which is fine, but takeoffs would save some bucks.

I was thinkingeither Old Gold or Myan Gold would work.

I’ve even thought about shifting to Camel stitching as well. Just not sure if it would look good being more of a brownish hue than gold.

I’m still waiting to hear back from Katzkin and their design department on their recommendations.

I also like that you added the logo onto the rear seats. I might have to consider that as well.

You have already paid for the design so adding them to the rear doesn’t cost more. Look for a thread that is more tan/brown. The golf is a close match, so I am happy but going darker would be better. Colors o. Computer vs in person are different.
