im with @Garry in AZ this is a failure in the computer. a display wont loose a page and a software update isnt going to fix a faulty unit. I would start asking a competent dealership to try load testing the aux and main batteries and if that fails to fix the problem than changing the ECM is the next step. after that i would pursue a lemon law for a new wrangler without issues
