If your JL Wrangler wasn’t equipped with USB and 12 volt ports on the back of the center console, fret not, for your fellow JLWF members show how you can DIY install your own USB / 12 volt ports.
Many members have added dual USB and 12 volt outlets in this manner. Using Quadratec’s 12 Volt Power Adapter tapped into the factory 12 volt outlet in the cargo area, the wiring is then run up over the driver rear tire well and down underneath the carpet, then under the rear seats and up under the console. Now your rear passengers can power their devices without bugging you up front.
