Zeon10s with Artec and Mopar Grill/Winch Bar ?

Does anyone know if this combination will work? I've seen a couple of comments that the Zeon10s will not fit with the Mopar Grille/Winch guard? I'll be using the Artec mounting plate as I would assume that is important information. Thanks!

I do. I have the Warn mounting plate. I would prefer the Mopar plate, but could not get my hands on one. The Warn plate pushes the bumper forward about 1/8 to 3/16, causing you to have to slot two bolts on the front shield, but otherwise, it is a good fit and looks really strong.
