I had a Scat Pack and it was fine. I actually really liked the car but it was just a poor choice for what I was using it for and I really don't want to own 2 FCA products at the same time. But it was solidly built (probably because it was designed in the Daimler era), cool, and problem-free.You know I was going to give you like a thumbs up for this post but then I realized I don't agree with you because unfortunately Dodge makes hellcats and I like hellcats. And if I could somehow make that happen I would FCA product or not.
And I have a ram 2500
I just tend to not like something about other makes more. Except for maybe the Mustang, that seems alright from most perspectives - interior, exterior, and drivetrain. Usually more subjective for me on why I land on Chrysler/FCA/Stellantis stuff outside of Wrangler - styling, interior layout, or something similar.Eh there are better cars and trucks out there that are comparable to anything FCA makes. No one makes a new solid front axle off roader as capable as the Wrangler with the support it has.
Well I also don't view an EV as comparable enough to an ICE Wrangler to make a good comparison either. Apples and oranges.Yeah don't bother we're in agreement about that thing. Tesla as a whole...I don't count it as a real automaker so it's not included when I say "other brands". Whether that's right or wrong I don't care.
I mean it satisfies Kevins asinine points so it counts.Well I also don't view an EV as comparable enough to an ICE Wrangler to make a good comparison either. Apples and oranges.
Honestly, the aftermarket for the Wrangler is a HUGE deal IMO. As long as you're not scared of touching stuff and changing from OEM (warranties expire, fuck em), the aftermarket has so many solutions for making the Jeep do exactly what you want it to do, that's unrealistic from any auto maker, that it's just a game changer for me.Eh there are better cars and trucks out there that are comparable to anything FCA makes. The Taco is the only one out there close, the previous gen had just as much aftermarket support as the JL does. But that IFS and having to cut body mounts to fit 35s made it a deal breaker.Honestly, the aftermarket for the Wrangler is a HUGE deal IMO. Well and you gotta filter through a lot of posery overland stuff too to find things that actually work as advertised. Jeep stuff is getting that way more and more, but lots more Widdle Wadders and what have you in the Toyota aftermarket. The Taco is the only one out there close, the previous gen had just as much aftermarket support as the JL does. And the crazy thing it bleeds over to the non wranglers too.Honestly, the aftermarket for the Wrangler is a HUGE deal IMO. That sounds like it's an absolutely miserable spacer liftAnd the crazy thing it bleeds over to the non wranglers too.
I was dead set on buying another GMC SUV smaller than the Yukon that I was replacing but another GMC SUV then I started thinking about the aftermarket and everything like that.
I ended up buying a renegade because the aftermarket support was infinitely better than anything GMC. I mean you can literally buy 4-in lift kits for renegades try doing that with an Arcadia or whatever.
Why would you want to is the question lolAnd the crazy thing it bleeds over to the non wranglers too.

Because you hate down travel? Why would you want to is the question lol
Nope it was an actual suspension lift. And better yet there was even aftermarket control arms for it for extra clearance. Yes there are spacer lifts and all that as well. That sounds like it's an absolutely miserable spacer lift
Because a renegade with 230 wheel horsepower is hilarious. Why would you want to is the question lol
