So I connected a 4 amp battery tender until float mode came on and tested the aux and its good at 12.58 volts. Test drove a couple miles but the light remains on and stop/start is not working. Whats left to check?

You have to clear the error. I use a code scanner, but I think disconnecting both batteries also works.

Also after you clear the error, 12.58v still seems low for your Aux AGM battery after a charge. Mine sits around 13v with no load. I would guess your Aux battery is on the way out.

That would not be surprising. My battery tester did say it was good. So I'll try clearing the warning light for now.
