I wish this had been available when I ordered mine this summer. I went back and forth over manual trans vs auto with XR. I love driving a manual so that won out. Now, I am planning a regear and tire upgrade. Shit, I'll be spending similar money to do that and won't have the other benefits of the XR(axle upgrades, tailgate reinforce, etc....) I'm tempted to order another...

Does the Manual XR get 4.56 gears or 4.88s?

So this is only in the cargo area and not the passenger compartment? I don't really see the advantage of this since you can just get a cargo mat, but nice to have options I suppose.

Unconfirmed. *IF* it is, indeed, factory Armorlite, then it's more than just cargo mats - it's a full carpet delete, and includes sound deadening mats. Armorlite has the front/rear mat kit for a while for the 4dr, but has been "working on" a cargo area solution for the 4dr (and 2dr, I believe) since like, January or something.

Screw 4.88s, I would want the manual with 5:13s if I were locked into the 3.6, especially if moving to 37s after delivery.

I just checked with the dealership and they say that the XR package is still greyed out when they try to order it on a willys or rubicon with the manual transmission.

I also checked the 11/10/22 order guide on the forum and it still says “N/A w 23R” which is the manual rubicon code.

Yes, the XR is available on the manual as well for the Rubicon, Willy's, and Willy's Sport.

If XR is available with a manual on the Willy's, I'm ordering (depending on the overall price), has anyone confirmed this with an order?
