Looks good! I see about a 1/2 drop, was that replacing the stock plastic bumpers? Did you replace the rear? If so what was the drop there? Next on my list to do this, but wanna make sure I do not need to replace springs or anything.

So I’m mad at myself for the after pic. Lol. Im a detail guy and my camera wasn’t horizontal with the tape in the second pic ??. It’s 3/8” if we’re being technical. We’ll see how it settles out, but down the road I could see a lift with some HD springs. No bumper in the back….yet lol.

Im looking at small campers so I’m going to test it out with a couple dump/snowmobile trailers i have in the shop to test weights.

i do have a mini ex and a bobcat to try towing too if anyone’s interested ???

So I figured I’d go ahead and add some pics of my bumper and winch install to show how the new grill works with winches. There is a bit more real estate to work with down low. Bumper is dv8 fs14-no JK/JL adapter. Winch is smitty xrc 10k gen2. Everything is the same as before except the plug for the fog lights. It’s a tricky one, has a lock tan that pulls out, then the large gray slide pulls up until the slots line up with the tabs on the male end. Then it’ll pull off. Like I said. Tricky. Lol.

So 1/2 inch drop up front, but what’s you measurement out back at the XR lip to give an idea of the rake now?

So I have some recovery gear and tools in the back of the Jeep. Certainly not more than 50lbs worth. jeep sits dead level at 40 5/8 front and rear

Wow, perfect scenario. Even measurements front to back means you still have some rake, but not exagerated. Perfect IMO.

No lift, 21 XR 392 37" BGF KO2`s Measured to the extended lip on the flares front and rear. Only steel bumpers and 37’ spare. The level was placed on the top center of the tire with 32 psi in it

Let’s see those 37’s from a side shot! Interested in how the fit no lift, I’m sure there’s spring differences but, you might be on to something haha

I had the 37`s installed by the dealer before I even picked it up. I mentioned elsewhere that I really liked the planted feeling of my Raptor pickup, so with that in mind I purchased a set of one of the best spacer providers BORA
The build steel and aluminum spacers for everything, when running a double wheel on the JD tractor they were the ones that made them, bought right from the JD dealer. They also make adapters that are top notch in my opinion
I bought a set of 1.25 for all 4 corner, I really didn’t want the tires to stick out too far. I can tell you that it definitely made a big positive difference in the way the Jeep drives. So many people are against spacers but do your homework before you write something about them, sure they are not for every application but suit me just fine for my ride.

I did not need the spacers for the 37"s to fit, no problems without them

I have about 20 pictures of the install from the factory stud length to the back of the XR wheel and the depth of the pockets between mounting holes

I could not be more happy with the way it turned out. I actually have a brand new set of 1 inch spacers from BORA sitting around...

No hate comms on the spacers, have a bora set sitting on my shelf for a bronco. If I go 37’s I’d probably go MT and just get another set of wider offset wheels so I can swap for winter.

I wish that I went with a more aggressive tire, I`ve been looking and my God have the prices of tires and rims gone through the roof. I have that set of 1" BORA`s if you want to try them and I`m in central Jersey about 45 min. from the Delaware

I drive 2006 Jeep Commander trail rated 4X4 with 2" spacers and went up a size on tires...I keep the battle wagon tip top shape as can pull/haul really well with the 4.7 litre V8 and looks nice with the spacers/tires adding 5" of width and about an inch of clearance. My wife drives the all black XR Willys Sport...she out Jeeps me...

4.56 works pretty good with 37's as well.

What else did you do to fit the 37s?
