Hi all ….

New member here up in NH… 2022 Rubicon XR order placed today!

Finally gave up on the Bronco (don’t bash me too much) ….. can’t wait for my Jeep, although I will have to for a little while it seems … will be worth it.

Question for the group … Was told by my dealer the Premium 8.4 Sound Package is now included with ‘22s … Can anyone else confirm?
I gave up on the Bronco too and placed my order for a JLUR XR here on 10/28. Should be ready to go before the trails reopen here.

Have you had a Jeep before?

Not a modern one. I have a largely stock 1994 YJ that I've had for about 5 years. We're really excited to add the new one. We'll be putting the lockers to good use where we live.

You will not be disappointed my friend. We have a number of JKs and a few JLs and JTs in the family and they have all be solid. Looking forward to the new XR.

Added the Rough Country bumper. Winch will go on in a few days and I'll wire the winch and light bar at the same time. 😀😀😀
man, if I could’ve picked up a snazzberry. It wasn’t an option by the time I ordered mine.

mom not sure I’ve checked in, but I ordered a fairly loaded Sting Gray on 10/2. Went with black top at insistence of wife and kids, black flares because I plan to swap them out anyway.

I’m in “optional equipment being added” status, and hope to have it by the second week of Dec. I’m less than 3.5hrs from Moab, and go there regularly to ride MTB. Can’t wait to try some of the jeep trails too.

Was debating the rough country bumper. How was install? Did you reuse the factory leds? Skid plate? Did you change a rear bumper also? Thanks and awesome

Don’t mind me asking what is the weight of your front bumper, and does your steering still feel the same ? Does it sag at all , I have a 2022 Rubicon extreme recon package on order just worried about adding to much weight up front with aftermarket bumper and winch

Install wasn't to bad. The bolts holding the factory bumper were easy to take off since it's brand new and not all rusted like my last jeep. I reused the factory LEDs. It comes with a new skid plate that I put on. The rear bumper will get changed at some point.

Rough Country says the weight is 120 pounds but I haven't noticed any difference in the steering. Maybe after the winch gets put on as well it might affect it a little but probably not enough to make me take the bumper or winch off.

Beautiful, I’m curious to see if 37’s fit well with the slight lift XR’s have. Maybe not a true 37” but maybe a KO2. XR gearing, lift and brakes should mesh well, we will see once mine arrives
