XR package w/ manual transmission

I’ve searched around for weeks but can’t find anything on when you can order a JL with Xtreme Recon paired with a manual transmission. Does anyone have any insight?

You can't order XR package with a manual. It is only available with the 3.6l and automatic, 25R package

Wow!! If 4:88s are added as an option (as the article indicates) before my order sees any progress I may have to cancel and submit a new order!!

When I ordered mine (8/21) I asked if there was anyway to order the XR package with a manual. They said there was no way they could do it. They are limited by what's in the order guide. Here's to hoping!!

My hope is that it’s released when 22 orders start in October. Or sooner. Fingers crossed. Wish there was better info.

Also, I have a bad feeling the 4.88s are going to be "late availability" at launch. Just seems the way things have been going these days.

We are all waiting on pins and needles, as I'm sure all of you did I checked the Nov build sheet and still no luck. I hope Ford can push us into the promised land!

Indeed! But if it does come... Can I change my current order? I don't quite have a VIN assigned yet but I'm expecting it any day.
I'm also getting an Ursa Minor roof which will barely fit in my garage. XR means it definitely won't fit so either I street park it or air down once in a while to fit in.

Shoot, I have no idea about all that changing stuff truthfully. I am still an enthusiast/non-owner. I just really want to wait to get all the goodies I want without having to do too much aftermarket.

But, that Ursa looks pretty sweet. Super high speed low drag.
