I don’t think ANY JL cloth comes with the armrest option in back.

This would be correct. I have a custom order 2018 Sahara JLU, but with factory Katzkin upgrade, essentially a Sahara cloth order with heated fronts, and the rear seat does not have the pull down arm rest with cup holders, The cup holders are on the floor like a sport.
