Look at FB messenger too. I found 2 sets of the black upgraded wheels for a great price. I’m in Nova as well and looking for the standard rubi wheels. Luckily seems like more are hitting the market.

I am in Montgomery Country in MD here and looking for the same thing. About a month ago I saw a set of 5 on Craig's list (Spotsylvania), but I didn't respond soon enough!
