Just went to their web site to check out your tow bar, looks like it had a limited lifetime warranty. Operator error happens, but if this wasn't I would be contacting them regarding the failed part and damage it created. That would surely flip a smile real quick, hope this doesn't take much to get things back to normal.

I'm pretty sure this wasn't operator error (several thousand problem-free miles), but I bought the tow bar used so assumed no warranty of any sort. Their warranty info says it's non-transferable.
I'll reach out to them, anyway. We just stopped, felt like we were rear ended, and this was the damage.
