Wranglers Holding Value

Ran across this little article on how quickly cars depreciate. I think most of us know that Wranglers hold their value pretty well, but here it is in actual numbers.

Interesting to note that the Wrangler is the car that best held its value in the list.

"Historically" this has been true and Wranglers have enjoyed high resale values. FCA is pumping out a lot of JLs so there is definitely more supply. That might not be great for resale values. My fingers are crossed for history repeating itself!

1 year drop has been roughly 20% ($51k msrp -> $39,500 best instant offer).
Only 10% additional drop in next 4 years? ya..... I hope that's the case but doubt it.
