Wrangler trouble?

Hey guys. I have a mechanical question regarding a 2008 jeep wrangler Sahara. I was driving home from work last night and started feeling heat at the back of my feet/ankles. Then I started smelling a burning plastic smell and smoke started coming up from the side of my seat. I pulled over and poured a little water down thinking maybe my cigarette embered or something and fell down there. It stopped and I drove home no problems. Then this morning I was driving to the store and as I pulled into the parking lot I smelled the burning smell again. The carpet/floor under my seat was warm and there are wires (I’m not sure what they’re for) under my seat as well. Any ideas?
