Wrangler - engine revs etc when I step on brake

Hey folks, I notice my ESS doesn't kick in when I stop BUT every once in a while when I brake the engine revs like crazy, Jeep starts moving forward, rocking....like it's possessed! Pretty scary. When I take foot off brake it slows down. Anyone ever experience this? Taking it in to the dealer ASAP!

When I'm driving and just about to pull into my driveway I take the Jeep out of gear and let it coast down to the bottom (MT) , as I'm doing that I can here the Jeep rev to 2 to 3 thousand rpm for a few seconds then drop to normal sometimes it even surges. ESS is always off. I'm almost sure it's something to do with your TP sensor
