We took the 392 Wrangler up to Great Lakes Dragway last night and we were shocked at how fast this thing is!!! We were hoping to match the 13.0 that Jeep claims but we actually cracked into the 12's on multiple runs!!! The only thing holding it back from being even faster is the 99 mph top speed!

Use the tazer to set tire size smaller and you will be going faster than 99 when it "hits 99MPH".
I did think about doing that, but wasn’t sure if that would mess anything else up within the Computers.

Z automotive would be better to answer than me. Maybe it changes shift points. It beats the limiter...but not sure the cost.

Awesome video thanks for sharing.

HP Tuners supports the wrangler 392 so if someone close to you has a Dyno they probably could get rid of the 99 mph limit. Might cost you a couple of dollars. Curious what that thing would run not restricted.

That's probably what I will do when I get mine and its broke in some. Maybe take it let them run it on the Dyno see what it puts to the wheels and have them drop the 99 mph limit. I don't think I will have them mess with the tune but makes you wonder what they could be pushed to.

Nice, change that tire diameter to 31".
I did not notice any shifting changes when I went up 2"...should be the same going down.

Take it to Livernois in Detroit area, he can get tuning and speed limiter change.

I didn't think this is something I wanted to see, but now what the hell. Who's going to be the first racing this down the stretch with some slicks and the top off. Why the hell not? This thing doesn't seem like it's going to let you down, regardless of what you want to do with it.

This is more fuel for my fire, 392 Willys sleeper. The Willys come with limited slip rear, led lights, they need to add front camera with 8.4 radio.
I don't need axels disconnect and Jeep can name it Willy's Speed!
