Dumb question, I never heard of this ducking thing. What is it. I've owned several Jeeps over many years and have never been a forum or club member until recently. Obviously I've been missing something, please explain... Thanks

Ive only been ducked once... and i dont duck Gladiators... i just do wrangler so maybe not getting ducked is my karma... but ive ducked manyyyy jeeps.

Wife's 2018 JLU Sahara got ducked again, at least her 6th ducking. I drive a 2021 Willys 2 door and a 2020 Gladiator Rubicon and nobody ducks me.

I suppose I could buy some ducks and duck myself but that will feel hollow, like self pleasure can do sometimes.

I don't mind the wife getting hers, but am I so hideous that nobody would duck me? Tell me the truth, I can take it.

Well ok! Ask yourself, are you duckable and then let your wife drive your jeep and see if it gets ducked. Lol. Be interesting.

Lol I've only been ducked once....mind you I keep my JL very tidy and detailed and I always get compliments on how clean/nicely modified it is. I don't know if that deters people from ducking me, but I promise I won't go all OCD if you lay a duck on the door handle

I've been driving my Jeeps for over 10 years, never been ducked. My wife gets her Nacho Rubicon and got ducked in the first week! TWICE!!!!

Nobody should have to tolerate unsolicited touching. But even a hard ducking leaves minimal scarring.

You're probably right. She told me some guy in a Porsche spent 20 minutes talking to her about her Jeep today. Pretty sure they didn't duck though.
