brown certainly was an original Jeep color.

Me personally, I’d like a full tan interior option. Or the typical German BMW/VW half black on tan interior.

Reminds me of my first Jeep….. a Sears CJ model….. Dad ripped it out of my hands afraid I would break it on Christmas Eve. It went flying and the front bumper snapped off when it hit the floor. I learned that day that Off-roaders might have it rough, but they can take a Beatin’ and keep on Wheelin’. 👌

It sorta looks like the Toyota Tundra color that I call "Root Beer". Looks ok at first, but I wouldn't buy it.

Well I can say that that little description of the color made quite a compelling case for Lambent Earth. Definitely a no go for me personally but have seen some Brown vehicles done up nasty so can appreciate it.

I remember getting a loaner Acura a few years ago, they called the color "no-sale brown", almost no one bought that color, usually wound up in the loaner pool to be sold used later.

That reminds me of the number of times I've heard red paint on a vehicle described as "Retail Red", due to the favorable attention it tends to attract. I have to agree; just this morning a red BMW 3-series convertible caught my eye as I was driving. Not for nothing did I see it placed at the prominent end position on the front row of the dealer's lot. Had the car been just another shade of gray, it might have blended into the background.
