I have a 2021 JLU Rubicon with the stock rims and tires. I went out a few weeks ago and went up and over a good sized rock ledge. I scratched the fender and bumper, but today I saw that I scratched the rim (outer lip) up a bit. It's not dented, just scratched.
I'm not mad about it....just wondering if there's anything that I should do to keep up with it. Should I sand it a bit and apply some black paint, same paint code as the black hardtop? Don't worry about painting it?
My main thing is I don't want it to rust or have more paint peel off. Something makes me think these are aluminum rims but not 100% sure.
