Have some flush mount LED cubes in the bumper, have not wired yet. Is it possible to add an H16 connector to them and plug directly into the OEM harness? Would I need a ballast or fuse? The specs say 20watt, DC 10-30w.

I think you'll be fine. Mine said 30w but had the H16 connector integrated already. Just check the wires and see if they feel too hot after a while. Worst case, you can use the fog light wires to trigger a RELAY and then have dedicated wiring/power for the relay to send to the new fog lights. Then you can use a high-current relay and higher-current wire like 12awg or something.

That’s like... 1.4 amps per cube light. Your factory bulbs probably draw more than that. You can get adapters from quadratic that go from the fox light plug to a deutsch connector. Personally I plan to replace the vehicle side plug with a deutsch connector instead of the other way around. That way if I ever have a light go bad I just slap a new one on there. I haven’t tested it for long but I did plug a cube light into mine with the adapter and it worked fine. No flickering.

I saw that, The LEDs I have do not have any connectors on the end. Guessing I can just order a male side and add that to my lights?
If that’s the case what I would do is just buy male and female deutsch connectors. You can get off brand ones from eBay for stupid cheap. Even the name brand ones aren’t too expensive. The alternative would be to find the male counterpart to the factory plug and wire the cube light into that. I’m not sure what the part number is for that but someone else may be able to help you out there.

Deutsch connectors are pretty standard for most aftermarket lights so it makes future replacement and compatibility with aftermarket a lot easier IMO.

Ok here is what I figured it out. Like normal LEDs, the connection has to be backwards, aka black to red. I had some H13 harnesses off my JK lying around. They did the trick, no flicker. The connection pic was just the test, bc who needs meters right? lol Thanks for all the input. Yes some Deutsch ends would have worked if hooked up backwards and I used the Deutsch to h13 adapters I believe. But I am no electrician !
