So - I bought a Mopar Grill Guard, light brackets and lights to install. I put the grill guard on and started thinking about running the wires for the lights. I was thinking about the possibility of drilling a hole in the grill guard and then running the wires through it. Would this be possible? Trying to see if there are any glaring issues that I am just over looking. I would of course protect the wire so that it does not rub through the insulation. Trying to make the installation look as clean as possible. Thanks.

Its most definitely doable. The only sticky part of the job is snaking the wire from the point of entry to the point of retrieval. Use a snake thats rigid enough to hold its shape during the poking around to find the exit, but is still bendable to shape into the curves and bends that you'll need.
