Today I ran into two situations where the windshield wiper speed is insufficient on the highest speed. We have recently had quite a bit of snow in the Seattle area. And the roads are getting slushy now as it starts to rain. On the freeway I had a few instances where slush was splashed into my window. While faster wiper speed would have helped some, it would not have been much in that case, but could have cleared it a bit quicker. The other was just plain heavy rain.
The wipers on my other vehicles go at least 50% faster the those on my Wrangler.
Flat windshield also does not help with slush splashing. But my main gripe is how slow the wipers are on their highest speed setting.
