Hi and yes
Took another rock and cracked again. Smh
I'm on my 3rd factory replacement windshield. Smh
All highways in Florida
Then i looked @27mpg staring at me on my Eco-Diesel and laughed.
What else can i do?
I reached out for a free replacement and was offered a discount
I passed and now have the non-gorilla glass. No issues after 5,000 miles now
Zero cost for 3 windshields in less than 1 yr.
Oh well love my baby JLURD Scarlett

Lol. Thanks for the update! Thankfully, I do have full windshield replacement with my auto insurance. I was considering paying the difference to upgrade to Gorilla glass but seems like it's not worth from what I've watched and read about it, plus the price has increased substantially recently (what hasn't!).

Oh man I’d never be able to get all the bubbles out of that thing.

I don’t understand all the window cracks my family has 3 jeeps between us and my sister in law and no cracks. Yes, I realize I’ve just jinxed my whole family.

Now, if you want to talk nails in the side wall that cannot be patched and must be replaced, I’ve got at least a dozen stories.

Well, my latest windshield "injuries" were from a trip to CO a few weeks back and the loose gravel from the trails and just on the road driving cracked my windshield in 2 spots and I have a 3rd spot that is a shatter about the size of a silver dollar. These were seriously SMALL pebbles and I wasn't even close to vehicles I was following in front of me So, one trip = 3 incidences. I'm about to just tear it out and put a piece of plexiglass in it's place lol.

I’ve has ClearPlex on two different Wranglers dating back to 2019 and haven’t suffered another broken windshield since. My 2019 had two broken windshields within a month of taking delivery of the vehicle. ClearPlex put a stop to that.
